Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 26 July 2026 · Bondom Account, Cambodia
This policy applies to everyone using Bondom Account — the website, the Telegram bot, and the API. Breaching it can lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
1. Do not use the platform to commit fraud or crime
- No paying with stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments.
- No money laundering, and no using the wallet as a way to move value between parties rather than to buy from us.
- No impersonating another person or organisation.
- No using purchased products to defraud, phish, or scam anyone.
2. Do not abuse the account or wallet system
- One account per person. No creating extra accounts to evade a suspension, multiply rate limits, or repeat a one-time benefit.
- No exploiting a bug, pricing error, or refund mechanism you know to be unintended. Report it instead — we would rather fix it.
- No abusing warranty or refund claims for products that in fact work.
3. Do not misuse SMS numbers
- No harassment, spam, threats, or unsolicited messaging.
- No verifying accounts you intend to use for fraud or abuse.
- No evading a ban or restriction imposed by another service.
- No attaching a rented number to anything you need long-term — the numbers are temporary and shared, and are not private to you.
4. Do not attack the infrastructure
- No probing, scanning, or attempting to bypass authentication, authorisation, scopes, or rate limits.
- No denial-of-service, no traffic floods, and no automated load that degrades the service for others.
- No accessing, or trying to access, another user's account, orders, balance, API keys, or data.
- No scraping at a volume or frequency that burdens the service.
5. Respect third-party terms
Products sold here relate to third-party services with their own rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules when you use what you buy. We do not authorise, and are not responsible for, any use that breaches them.
6. Reporting
If you find a security vulnerability, tell us privately through the support contact below before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction, and service degradation.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn you, suspend the account, revoke API keys, terminate the account, forfeit a balance obtained through the conduct, or report the matter to the authorities. We aim to act proportionately and to explain why, except where telling you would compromise an investigation.
