Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bondom Account ("we", "us"), including our website, our Telegram bot, and our public API. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions regime.

One person may hold one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.

2. Accounts and authentication

Sign-in is handled by the official Telegram Login Widget. We never see or store a Telegram password. Your Bondom Account identity is tied to your Telegram account, which means:

• Anyone with access to your Telegram account can access your Bondom Account, including your wallet balance.
• Keeping your Telegram account secure is your responsibility. We strongly recommend enabling Telegram's two-step verification.
• If you lose access to your Telegram account, you may lose access to your balance and purchase history. We cannot transfer a balance between Telegram accounts.

Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Products and delivery

We sell digital goods — account credentials and, where offered, temporary phone numbers for receiving verification codes. Products are delivered electronically and immediately once payment is confirmed, both on the website and to your Telegram chat.

Stock is finite. A product shown as available may sell out between the moment you load a page and the moment you pay; in that case the order is not created and no money is taken.

Where a product lists a warranty period, we will replace or refund a product that stops working within that period, subject to our Refund Policy. Warranty does not cover products that stop working because of your own use — for example changing the credentials, sharing them, or breaching the terms of the underlying third-party service.

4. Wallet, top-ups and payments

Payments are made by KHQR through Bakong and participating Cambodian banks. We do not receive or store your card or bank credentials.

• The minimum top-up is $2.00; the maximum is $500.00 per transaction.
• Your wallet balance is a prepaid credit for buying from us. It is not a bank deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not transferable to another user or withdrawable as cash except where required by law.
• A top-up QR code expires 15 minutes after it is generated. Paying an expired code, or paying an amount different from the one shown, may delay or prevent automatic crediting. Contact support with your transaction reference if this happens.
• Balances are credited automatically once Bakong confirms the payment. If a confirmation is delayed, the credit is applied when the payment is verified.

We may adjust a balance to correct a demonstrable error, such as a double credit or a failed delivery. Every adjustment is recorded in our internal audit log.

5. SMS verification numbers

Where offered, SMS numbers are rented temporarily from a third-party provider for the sole purpose of receiving a verification code. You must not use them for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or to evade a ban imposed by another service.

Numbers are shared infrastructure and are not private to you. Do not use them for anything you need to keep confidential, and do not attach them to an account you rely on long-term — you will not be able to receive a future code on the same number.

If no code arrives within the displayed window, the rental is refunded to your wallet automatically. Delivery depends on the upstream provider and the destination service; we do not guarantee that any particular code will arrive.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: do not use the platform for fraud, do not resell access in breach of a third party's terms, do not attack or overload our infrastructure, and do not attempt to access another user's account or data.

7. Developer API

Use of our public API is additionally governed by our Developer & API Terms. API purchases spend the same wallet balance as the website and the bot.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it has been used to breach these Terms, to commit fraud or a crime, to abuse the refund or warranty process, or in a way that risks harm to us, our suppliers, or other users.

Where we suspend rather than terminate, your data and balance are preserved and the suspension can be reversed. Where an account is terminated for fraud or abuse, any remaining balance obtained through that conduct may be forfeited. You may close your own account at any time — see Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We depend on third parties — Telegram, Bakong and participating banks, and our SMS provider — and an outage at any of them can interrupt sign-in, payment, delivery, or code reception.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Where a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, we will refund the affected amount to your wallet.

10. Intellectual property

The website, bot, API, and their design, text, and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them except as these Terms allow.

Products you buy are delivered for your own use. We grant no rights in any third-party trademark, and buying a product does not make you an authorised representative of the underlying service.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and everything in it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of access to a third-party account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes will be announced through the bot or on the website before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the courts of Cambodia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
